Adult Counseling Services
 At
some point in our lives, most people are faced with issues like stress, depression, and other emotional problems. Although
these topics may not always be openly discussed, these life challenges are common and normal. When a problem arises, it is a
smart decision to ask for help. Our services include individual, family and group counseling, and psychiatric consultations.

Youth and Family Services
 Peak
Wellness Center offers services for youth and their families for both emotional problems and substance abuse. We can help with
your child’s depression, problems with behavior or social adjustment, and other issues that are interfering with your
child having a healthy and successful life. Case management services give extra support to youth and their families in the home
by assisting with parenting concerns, meeting with teachers and other professionals, teaching social skills and monitoring
progress. Psychiatric services are also available for those youth who are clients of the
center. Treatment Foster Care offers youth a safe and loving foster home environment while the family prepares for the child’s return.
Alcohol & Substance Abuse Treatment
 A strong and continuous support
system is often the key to overcoming an alcohol or drug abuse problem. Peak Wellness Center staff will make a recommendation
for services specific to your situation. We offer detoxification, psychiatric services and individual and group recovery
services, with both outpatient and residential options – all designed to help you kick
the habit for good.
Adult Recovery Services
Every day living can be the greatest challenge, or the greatest joy, for those suffering from schizophrenia, obsessive-
compulsive disorder, major depression or bipolar disorder. These conditions are biological in nature, and are highly treatable.
Once you take the first step by calling us, our compassionate staff can help you cope with your situation. We can assist you
with your basic needs, and help you achieve your goals for recovery. Peak Wellness Center provides individual, group and
family counseling, psychiatric care, supported housing, outreach, supported employment, and
social opportunities. Our experienced therapists and

Wellness & Prevention Education Services
Peak Wellness center provides community education and early intervention programs to prevent drug, alcohol and tobacco
dependence in our youth. These programs are made possible through generous state and federal prevention grants.
Foster Grandparent Program
The Foster Grandparent Program provides volunteer opportunities for low-income seniors to serve children with special
needs. Volunteers work one-on-one or in small groups with specially assigned youngsters. In return for their volunteer
service, Foster grandparents receive a federal stipend, a nutritious meal each service day, an annual physical exam with
their personal physician, transportation assistance, pre-service and monthly in-service training, insurance benefits
